Become a part of The Firm’s Middle East Centre of Expertise team based in Gurugram, contributing to live cases, client development, and proposal endeavors for the Middle East case teams. Within the Energy & Natural Resources sector, you will play a key role in providing analytical products and expertise to ENR clients. Collaborate with project teams in the capacity of an Associate, taking the lead on complex cases with guidance from a Project Leader, while also providing coaching to Analysts. As you progress, enhance your skills to offer significant support in addressing intricate issues and effectively managing client and team meetings.
As either a Strategy Consultant or Researcher, your role involves the application of problem-solving skills to address ambiguous issues. Develop proficiency across various ENR sub-sectors, encompassing Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Renewables, Petrochemicals, etc. Display adeptness in research and analysis, utilizing sound business judgment to derive solutions in scenarios where data is not readily available. Collaborate closely with The Firm’s Middle East case teams, potentially overseeing a small team of analysts, managing tasks such as allocation and review, and facilitating performance/feedback discussions. There may be opportunities for you to contribute content thought leadership and independently handle straightforward cases.
Education & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position should hold an MBA from a top-tier college, boasting a strong academic record and 0-5 years of experience in consulting for Energy & Natural Resources (ENR) clients. Essential skills include excellent analytical capabilities, effective communication, problem-solving proficiency, and a collaborative team-oriented approach, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure. Proficiency in Excel modeling and PowerPoint is a prerequisite. Candidates with prior experience in similar analytical/consulting roles focused on ENR consulting will be at an advantageous position.
