Primary Responsibilities of the Role Holder:
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a proactive and seasoned professional to spearhead business development and client acquisition.
In this pivotal role, the incumbent will serve as a seasoned and trustworthy representative, providing tailored services to prominent and successful Institutions, Corporates, Retiral Benefits, PFs, and Gratuities through strategic product differentiation and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize financial acumen and investment expertise to assess client information, collaborate with the Research and Advisory team, and deliver superior investment solutions, facilitating clients in achieving both short-term and long-term investment goals.
Monitor the PF/Institutions/Corporates segment in the market for new client acquisition, conducting thorough research on available investment opportunities and financial market trends.
Focus on business development, achieve growth in relationship value and revenues, and enhance client stickiness.
Meet product-wise targets and cross-sell products based on demographic, lifestyle, and risk profiling.
Develop outbound and inbound sales plans to acquire new PF/Corporate/Institutional Clients, expanding the customer base.
Conduct risk profiling of all mapped clients and present investment products aligned with the client’s risk profile.
Provide and maintain daily/weekly sales reports, figures, forecasting, and other necessary records for the team.

Preferred Educational Qualifications and Work Experience:
12-18 years of relevant experience in Investment Advisory/Wealth Management.
MBA/CA or equivalent from a premium institute.
Relevant certifications (RIA level 1 & level 2 from SEBI, if successfully passed).
