We are seeking an experienced Category Head for a multinational FMCG company who meets the following criteria:
The candidate will be accountable for overseeing the entire marketing and business operations for the designated category.
Responsibilities include leading brand and trade marketing, creative endeavors, E-Commerce strategies, digital marketing, experiential marketing, insights, public relations, media planning, and customer service.
The role entails complete accountability for the Brand’s Profit and Loss (P&L), as well as Activation and Equity responsibilities.
A minimum of 12 years of marketing experience is required, with a proven track record of leading a prominent national brand within the FMCG sector.
The ideal candidate should possess managerial experience, including the supervision of direct reportees.
