Role: The Central category team is responsible for the P&L of their respective category across India. They lead short- and long-term strategy development and execution to maintain a 3x annual growth rate for the category.
This position involves improving the product-market fit for the category’s existing offerings, considering the highly fragmented and unorganized nature of most industries we operate in. The role demands working in an environment with significant ambiguity and driving initiatives to logical conclusions by:
Establishing business processes, spending time on the ground to gather insights and build solid processes/SOPs for seamless scale-up.
Collaborating across multiple teams, including city teams, marketing, product, and finance, to ensure coherence and swift execution.

Potential Backgrounds:
3+ years of consulting experience AND 2+ years of experience in a high-growth Ops-based startup.
5+ years of consulting experience.
5+ years of program management/category management experience in high-growth Ops-based startups.
5+ years of Operations experience in FMCG/Oil and Gas.
