Senior Growth Product Manager (Confidential) Large Scale Enterprise (>500 employees)

We are seeking a highly creative growth marketer to lead the charge in driving growth for a prominent mobile application and online platform. In this role, you will take charge of all facets of marketing operations, aiming to foster user growth and engagement while creating sustained user stickiness and value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovate and implement growth hacks to propel user growth and engagement across online properties via diverse channels and marketing initiatives.
• Comprehend the intricate components and catalysts of growth, staying attuned to trends such as traffic, conversion rates, user engagement, and repeat behaviors. Formulate actionable programs that directly contribute to user growth.
• Analyze user journeys, offering insightful recommendations and swiftly implementing experiments, particularly through A|B testing methods, to enhance traffic and funnel progression, resulting in immediate impacts on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct consumer research to discern needs and identify existing friction points, developing growth-oriented ideas supported by a robust understanding of consumer behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly with product and functional units, to oversee and implement growth projects, experiments, and feature rollouts continuously.
• Conceptualize and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, encompassing Push, SMS, email, PR, on-ground go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and advertising campaigns.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage projects of varying scales, from large-scale initiatives to smaller tweaks, with equal proficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Possess 4-6 years of overall work experience, with a focus on growth hacking/digital marketing, especially within the e-commerce or B2C product industry, for 2-4 years.
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, articulate communication skills, and analytical thinking rooted in data-driven insights.
• Hold a B.E./B.Tech/MBA degree from a premium institute, with a preference for a background in technology.
• Knowledge of SQL and proficiency in other analytics tools would be advantageous.
