Responsibilities of the Role:
As a Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead engagements. This includes planning and budgeting, managing engagement teams, defining deliverable structure and content, facilitating buy-in from client sponsors, and ensuring on-time, quality delivery of work products. Managers oversee day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. In addition, you will participate in Business Development, maintaining contact with top decision-makers, leading pursuit teams, and contributing to proposal development.
Your current role may involve:
In performing these responsibilities, you will engage in activities such as pre-sales and proposal support, thought leadership on Corporate Real Estate trends, collaboration with global multi-disciplinary teams, leading client communication, executive communication development/delivery, mentoring and leading teams in business development initiatives, and building effective client relationships.
