Responsibilities of the Role:

As a Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead engagements. This includes planning and budgeting, managing engagement teams, defining deliverable structure and content, facilitating buy-in from client sponsors, and ensuring on-time, quality delivery of work products. Managers oversee day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. In addition, you will participate in Business Development, maintaining contact with top decision-makers, leading pursuit teams, and contributing to proposal development.

Your current role may involve:

• Designing or restructuring CRE, FM, or workplace operating models, organizational structures, and service delivery models
• Developing corporate real estate portfolio optimization strategies and mitigating associated risks
• Implementing workplace strategies, digital workplace technology strategies, and workforce mobility programs
• Enhancing employee experience through modern amenities and leveraging contemporary workplace strategies
• Delivering CRE, FM, or workplace IT platform advisory services, including strategy development and implementation support
• Implementing technologies like Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS)
• Reviewing existing Real Estate processes to improve efficiency and consolidate into an offshore center of excellence
• Delivering CRE and FM outsourcing/offshoring consulting services, including strategy development and contract evaluation
• Identifying cross-functional dependencies for execution of proposed real estate strategies and program managing execution with multiple stakeholder groups

In performing these responsibilities, you will engage in activities such as pre-sales and proposal support, thought leadership on Corporate Real Estate trends, collaboration with global multi-disciplinary teams, leading client communication, executive communication development/delivery, mentoring and leading teams in business development initiatives, and building effective client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and MBA or other advanced degree
• 6 to 10 years of demonstrated experience across corporate real estate, facilities, and vendor management
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project)
